Hello Everyone,

I’m a 49 year old Information Technology analyst with a relatively secure public sector state government job. I don’t foresee retiring for at least fifteen years.

I first stumbled upon the BiggerPockets Podcast a few months ago, became a member here last month, and just upgraded my membership to Pro Basic.

My investment experience is mostly in the stock market, which has at best has returned mixed results. To be honest I’ve had better luck gambling.

I’m a big fan of “Income Property” and follow Scott Mcgillivray, but I’m not a big fan of paying huge seminar fees.

I’m wrestling with credit card debt, less than 10K, and should be able to improve my situation in about one year.

Until then I'd like to learn as much as possible about real estate investing, make some connections here on BP, and at local REIA club meetings.

I spent thirteen years in Tucson, Arizona and moved back to my hometown ten years ago.

I reside in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. I’m also nearby neighboring New Jersey.
