I actually just moved to the Beaverton/ Bethany area with my wife and kids (loving this snow right now we spent 7-8 hours outside yesterday haha).From the Bay Area (Contra Costa), moved to north Dallas for a year and a half and now up here to Oregon!

From what I'm reading here, Dallas is becoming less and less of a cash flow play and more of an appreciation play, with some exceptions being worse neighborhoods and multi family properties.
