Need creative solution for family home

I need a person who is familiar with different types of financing, and other creative ways to structure a deal to help me solve a housing problem for a family member. I know this is vague but it seems like it would be self indulgent to post this very specific problem on this forum. I am in the North Dallas area although I don't think that matters.
