What the tools you use to create a system in wholesaling?

Hi Pocketeers, I am new to the industry and I am trying to set up a strong 'foundation' to my business. I have a conglomerate of tools and apps for skiptracing, pulling lists, CRM's, etc.

I am really trying to narrow down my focus to create an efficient system. What current tools/processes do you use from start to finish to create order and efficiency in your wholesaling business?

Thank you for your help!

@Kym Johnson Hey Kym! I think the best thing to do when just getting started is to grow into what you have. Putting the system in place is great, but its kind of like buying the saddle before you buy the horse. I have seen newbies spend upwards of 20k on systems and software and virtual assistants before they have even started marketing. You dont know what you need until you need it. When I first started my CRM was some poster board from Walmart. It wasnt perfect but it got the job done and it was in my budget lol. After I started having too many leads and follow ups to be managed with my poster board CRM I got a real one. But I knew exactly what I needed because the workflow of my business told me a CRM was essential. Dont rush into things. Grow your business and identify what you need when you need it. If you are in the Dallas market then you know how competitive it is. You need thousands of leads to get a handful of deals. I hope this helps you! Feel free to PM me anytime with questions!
