I can confidently say i understand the basics on how the 'note business' operates by taking the time to learn the TVM, and how to use my "HP10BII" and calculate yield/etc (I had a very long episode of "Paralysis of Analysis" reviewing the note business materials i can get a hold of) As far as hands-on experience, I have helped a friend of mine close two transactions, during the russ dalby - easy as 123 days.

On a certain episode of the BP Podcast (can't remember which one...), the interviewee stated that rural markets generally experience slow, steady value growth, as opposed to cities, where the valuation can have greater fluctuations.I am invested in the city of Atlanta, but ever since listening to that episode, I have been considering acquisitions that are further out from the urban core for this very reason.I wish you all the best with your new ventures.

Just wanted to poll the audience about something that was brought up in a recent episode of the podcast (ep. 356).The guest mentioned that, as part of his extensive Section 8 application process, he conducts an inspection of the prospective tenant's current residence to get a feel for how they take care of their dwelling.
