From San Diego, New Investor/Member

I Hope you all had a great week!
I wanted to take the time to introduce myself. I am 28 years young, originally from Long Island, NY and been a San Diego resident for almost 8 years now. My background is in sales/marketing for the past 6 years in different fields ranging from services & products.
I have a Genuine Passion for Real Estate Notes, and will be my primary investing module. I can confidently say i understand the basics on how the 'note business' operates by taking the time to learn the TVM, and how to use my "HP10BII" and calculate yield/etc (I had a very long episode of "Paralysis of Analysis" reviewing the note business materials i can get a hold of)
As far as hands-on experience, I have helped a friend of mine close two transactions, during the russ dalby - easy as 123 days. So I know it is possible, even when it wasn't easy as 1-2-3 and had to put in some time-equity and personal errors. Due to my situation I can now dedicate myself Full-Time to my passion, and achieve the financial freedom i desire.
So I am looking to network with experience & no-experience r.e investors and help each other attain our goals, and share knowledge to consistently improve our-self's.
