I'm in the education phase and  I've been reading books, articles and taking self-paced courses. Which podcast(s) helped you the most on your journey to being an investor? More specifically, which BP podcast do you recommend for an absolute beginner? I just finished listening to BP Podcast 202: Escaping the Rat Race, and found it to be very valuable. While I do plan to listen to them all (eventually), I want to listen to some today that can add to my knowledge.  Thank you for your time.

@Genard Williams, one of my all-time favorite episodes is #136 with Shawn Holsapple. Building an Incredible Real Estate Pipeline. He tells how he does it, and he always seems to have deals coming down the line. It almost doesn't matter what type of investing you're thinking about, you can learn something from his show.
