New members/investors in Orange County Southern California!

I've been a long time listener of the Bigger Pocket Podcast and decided to finally join their website and forums in order to meet like minded real estate investors in Southern California! (ie: Orange County, LA, San Diego).

My wife and I are new investors and currently own a few rental properties in Huntington Beach, we are actively looking for other investment properties in Orange County and it's surrounding areas, ideally rental properties but we are also very curious to do our first flip! 

We are currently searching for a good real estate agent who has really great knowledge and experience in investment properties in Orange County as well as an honest and trustworthy Contractor, if anyone has any recommendations please let me know!  I look forward to being more active on the forums and meeting other Bigger Podcasts fans soon!
