Most of the books mentioned above will recommend that you have some type of lead magnet/ebook to capture investors contact information followed by some type of auto responder campaign. 

I saw Bigger Pockets has a free ebook on real estate investing.

We have both scoured the forums, we listen to the podcast, and we have all of the free eBooks.

But you have to first READ A BOOK / E-BOOK to gain that knowledge - like 99% of the Successful have done before you.Which is really a No-Brainer!
