New(ish) Member from Western Mass!

Hi Everyone.

I am a new investor from Westfield Mass. I am currently a full time engineering student in the area and have been lurking around on BP for over a year now just soaking up as much info as I can through these forums, ebook resources and podcasts. (finally decided to make a post!) I completed my pre-licensing course this past summer for a sales license in MA and plan on going to take the exam as soon as my engineering coursework subsides a bit. I have a couple partners working with me (also from western mass) to put together a business plan and a list of local contractors/professionals for my RE ventures. I hope to acquire a multifamily investment in the next 6 months, possibly with a FHA loan.

My hope is to build significant wealth in real estate at a young age, utilizing my technical skills and full time job to finance deals. I want to promote a successful community in the western part of Mass while also bringing together hundreds of RE professionals in the Northeast. I am also looking to create an official REIA of western mass as I have not been able to find a fully established one as of now.
