I need some info on finding a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on a mobile home that was built prior to 1978.

Every person is working under different constraints based on time, money, location or something else so I would suggest start by identifing those constraints to help you figure out what investing strategy (or strategies) would work best for you.

It ain't a singles ad.Each letter, IMHO, ought to address a particular issue that property owners encounter and then tell a brief story about how you helped someone with that problem in the past.they need to find themself in the story for identification purposes and see, over time, that they feel you understand them and their problems and are the best person to solve it.Then, it's your job to develop a means of converting them beginning with their first phone call to you.

Technically, a new fence would have required a permit, and the contractor would require registration and therefore insurance, and the permit requires identification of any easements, a site plan, etc.

We recently moved to Chicago after living 9 years in China, most of our investors that like to invest to Tax Liens, Tax Deeds & Redeemable Deeds are Chinese, how foreigner or foreigner company can buy or take part on auctions for Tax Liens, Tax Deeds & Redeemable Deeds, do they need to register USA company and have USA EIN number (also known as "Federal Tax Identification Number" or they can open representative office of their foreigner company here in USA ?

The HOA went into the back yard (without permission) and found the following:-Blue tarp folded up in the back yard -A row boat that is rather small (we didn't know it was there but it's very small and not a big deal for us)-An item on the roof that looks like a small table that was blown up there (we agree with removing this)We agree with some of these items, but I'm particularly concerned with the trespassing and identification of items that are not within the control of the HOA.

I don't feel super confident about putting my finances and identification information in the cloud controlled by someone else.Any feedback would be great!
