Any advice on using an online mortgage provider like Sindeo.com?

I'm looking to get a loan pre-approved for my first property, which would be a live in duplex.

Does anyone have any experience using these online mortgage providers like Sindeo.com? 

I'm supposed to submit my loan application documents to a Box folder. I don't feel super confident about putting my finances and identification information in the cloud controlled by someone else.

Any feedback would be great!
