Trying to think out of the box to drum up some new business. 

Drum roll - no movement since.

This has drummed up enough good interest for me to hold a weekend of "open house appointments".

Ask your lender local to Virginia to give you contact info for the last 3 insurance brokers that walked into her or his office trying to drum up business.

I'll be the person that constantly beats the "lock in cheap money" drum.  

Every real estate office has some young/new agent that'll host the open house for free so they can drum up clients at it.

If they are able to generate these numbers consistently, they are going to have massive profits that they can reinvest OR they will be able to get bank/investment company financing.Most likely it is a newbie that went to a "get rich quick in real estate using leverage" seminar...and is trying to drum up $$$ through anyway possible.In the alternative, it is a scam, probably a ponzi scheme.Either way, nothing I would want to be associated with...

Not a toy car, but a toy 55 gallon drum that was jammed in there as tight as dads old hat band.So, 4 hours later, after a 15 hour night on my regular job, she has a nice shiny new toilet. 

I beat this drum constantly.
