New Builds Through Direct Mail
I was wondering if anyone has experience in finding potential new build clients with direct mail marketing? If so, what criteria has worked? For example, we were thinking of pulling a list with people over age 55, that have lived in their house over three years, and have at least 70% equity in their house. Thinking they may be motivated to sell their current home and want to build their dream home? Thoughts?

I'm sure that would work marketing is what brings leads regardless if your building homes or selling soup cases. lol But just a thought why don't you try to reach out to every Real Estate Agent in your town and let them know who you are and what you do they are the ones who have clients looking to buy/build. Also try craigslist and facebook ads..Good Luck-Sam
