I am sure you are aware in south east Florida duplexes are going for 400K which does not cash flow when you add in taxes and insurance.

And the best advice I ever got, was to avoid brand name companies and general contractors in favor of independent contractors so you don't get charged for the middle man.Best of luck!

We have seen some better prices over here on the east coast 45 min to an hour from Orlando ect.
