@Jonathan GreeneAfter a closer examination we noticed the showerhead was leaking keeping the jacuzzi bathtub platform always wet, the bathroom wall tiles also tend to get wet and we mostly observed titles and tub turning dark with our earlier tenants but not with our previous tenants who were a family.
