Hey all!
The bottom-half of this post includes a little about-me, but I wanted to focus-in on the purpose of this post...
I’m currently looking for a mentor, an experienced investor to develop a business relationship with— one whom doesn’t have enough time in the day to take care of all the things they need to take care of in that day. This is where I would like to add value back, hopefully I can assist with off-loading some of the tasks that take you away from more of the important stuff. I’ve always been a blueprint type of guy and I’m all about optimizing systems, so I’d love to work with you, documenting the entire process, so we can create a blueprint for success. I am not looking for money— only the wealth of your knowledge. My skill-set and resilience makes me a vital role to any team. Please do not hesitate to reach out!
About me:
My name is Joe and I'm from Chicago. Lived around the west suburbs pretty much my entire life. I haven't done any deals yet, but I have been sharpening my tools over the past several months and have decided REI is something I want to take on for the long-haul. My long term goal is to eventually become a deal provider and help others get their feet wet. Seems like everybody wants to invest in real estate, but not everyone wants to put the time in, knows where to start, etc.
I’m a recent graduate who studied civil engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and I’m currently a project manager with a GC out of Chicago, specializing in the construction of warehouse / distribution centers. So I have some experience with estimates, vetting subcontractors, reporting to developers, marketing, buyout, sales, etc. I’m really looking to transition these skills into the real estate industry.
I’m a very outgoing individual who loves connecting with people. Don’t hesitate to introduce yourself or connect with me on LinkedIn.
Thanks for reading,
Joe
