I recently got my real estate license. Yay! I signed contract to work with CRUM real estate. And no reply. I'm waiting for them to get back to me. Will be emailing them tonight.

(After video interview I emailed them and they mixed me up with Another candidate too. Totally forgot who I was! Told me to get back to them when I passed my RE license test).

Now I don't know what to do. . . I signed the contract. Now I'm not so sure I should have. I'm new at this..help please.

Run! You do not have to stay with them. You are interviewing them not them interviewing you. I would recommend as a new agent to join a big brokerage like KW or others to get as much training as you can. I would also join a team to get leads and experience. Do that for about two years and then jump ship and go to a 100% commission brokerage.

You do not even have to tell them you are moving. Just join someone else and they will move over your license if that other brokerage even put you on their list.
