Im very confused about who I should be catering to on social media ,on one side I feel like a should be catering  to my sellers since I know  that if  I buy at the right price directly from the seller I can pretty much sell it anywhere else (MLS , email blast, ect) on another hand I second-guess myself because I look at what other investors are doing and I see most real estate investors either focus on inspiring other people to also invest in real estate and sell their flips/wholesale through their social media.This seems like a good idea as well and that is why I’m very confused.

You have Dickinson Law School, the Army War College, many warehouses, Giant food store headquarters, and many of the surrounding school districts (Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Big Springs, Cumberland Valley, Mechanicsburg) are pretty good.

Lots of property in that area gets bought, torn down and rebuilt because the location is great and the land value is high.If other houses in the area say they didn't food, then this one is likely a first-time flood.

Careful buying controlled things like food as that can reduce their benefits.Also by titling the property to the trust, generally done by a quit claim, but a deed is better in your case, the attorney can get the ex wife removed from the deed with the divorce decree.
