Flooded houses in Houston, are they selling?

Should I lend on a flooded house in Houston?

Investor has a home that he is looking to purchase in Houston, zip code 77096. This home was flooded. The ARV is great for the amount he is purchasing and rehab estimate. There are 3 good comps in the neighborhood that support the ARV, but all three state on their listing "Never been flooded".

I am having a difficult time finding comps that have sold that I know were flooded and remodeled.

Are buyers in Houston staying away from flooded houses, even after they have been remodeled?
