People have mixed opinions on this, but in one market I invest in, I researched and interviewed dozens of companies and went through 3 before ultimately confirming that there really was nothing which would suit my needs. 

I've progressed from owning fixer upper duplexes in the north end of Winnipeg where I would do the renos myself late into the night; to purchasing large apartment buildings to acquiring properties in 13 different cities across Canada and the United States. to now buying office buildings and institutional-grade grocery-anchored retail centers leased to national tenants and publicly traded companies like Walmart, Safeway, and Loblaws.Before 27, I achieved lean FIRE, all thanks to the inspiration and fundamental concepts from the BP podcast and the incredible people I've met along the way in this entrepreneurial journey by betting on myself, committing to lifelong learning, and nurturing an insatiable curiosity.If someone like me, who barely made it through high school and would be considered "unlikely to succeed" by my peers, can do it, so can anyone reading this.

Just found out about the pros and cons of turnkey investing and what it is, would you personally go for a turn key companie to manage your properties or do you have a more efficient way of taking care of your investment while being out of state.

He is now selling the property and the new buyer says she cannot find an insurance company that will issue her a policy because it doesn't have central heat/air.

For all properties, I am thinking of getting one insurance agency help find the landlord insurance company for all properties.

do some odd jobs--plenty of contractors are looking for help...start a lawn care business (extremely popular right now), work for a company that's involved with real estate such as a property manager, title company or hard money company (F-Street is often hiring) or a real estate investment company?
