Finding homeowners without central forced air

I have a client who purchased a triplex in Albuquerque. He did a full renovation and in the process switched from a wall heater/central forced air to mini splits. There are 2 mini splits per unit- one in the primary and one in the living area. They were installed to code and are oversized for the square footage. He is now selling the property and the new buyer says she cannot find an insurance company that will issue her a policy because it doesn't have central heat/air. Does anyone have a company that might work?
