Lehigh Valley / Poconos Property Managers

Does anyone have a recommendation for a property manager?

At the moment I have 2 sfh in between the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos and am having a hard time finding someone reasonable. We currently self manage but would like to turn them over as well as purchasing a few multi families in the very near future.

We have a sfh in Myrtle Beach and love our pm down there so I know good ones exist.

Thanks for your response, @Michael Smythe. I absolutely agree with you. I have worked with most PMCs in the past, and to assume that one out of 10 makes all of them bad is a faulty generalization—which I am not implying. That was why, two weeks after signing in advance a PM Contract that I thought would Start June 1st, I wanted to back out.

In my 12 years of real estate and working with Property management companies, going with this Company in Poconos, PA, was and is an honest mistake.  ( He wasn't cheap - 20%). So, I didn't go with the lowest.

Thanks again, and I shall keep reading BP and learning.
