Insurance agency question
I have 3 investment properties. For all properties, I am thinking of getting one insurance agency help find the landlord insurance company for all properties. Is this a good idea? If not, can anyone share how you find reliable and cost effective landlord insurance policies? This will also help me find good policies as I buy more properties.
