Aspiring Investor in Wisconsin

Posted

Hello, my name is Christopher. I am 17 years old and live just south of Milwaukee. I am hoping to begin investing in Real Estate by house hacking in the near-future. I am looking for some tips on building capital for an FHA loan, as well as some tips on networking with other investors and to possibly find a mentor.

Good job Christopher, buying early will definitely help build a portfolio.  I started with a duplex and moved from there.  When i was 18 the last thing on my mine was buying a house.  Better to pay your mortgage instead of someone else's.  If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me.
