Mom/dad gets a place to live in their golden years, which is something you might have needed to pay for any-damn-ways except this way it isn't one of those abusive dictator nurse places, and X years from now your reward is that you have a new rental property that you only had to put 5% down on.

Rent to nurses, do something to help yourself. 

But just to bring to your attention a different perspective I personally saved and paid one year rent when I was in my last year of nursing school.

I had a great tenant, male nurse who also was going to grad school, who worked nights. 

Has a particular profession (ex: nurses) resulted in prompt payments and less vacancy rates?

(She’s a nurse at UMC here in Vegas and is treating Covid patients as I type.), and I only need 6 of those 12 tenants to pay rent to break even.

They're not like students or nurses; they don't all congregate in the same place on a regular basis. 

The following items should NEVER be flushed into the sewer system: Disinfecting/surface wipes Mop or “Swiffer” type refills Baby/ Adult wipes Paper towels Jewelry wipes Pet care wipes Cosmetic wipes First Aid wipes Disposable diapers or diaper liners Bio-pads (nursing home, home health care, etc.)

You can Google traveling nurses and housing and find websites that are like AirBnB websites that target traveling nurses.
