In your experience as a landlord, is there a particular profession that stands out among all your tenants as commonly occurring? Has a particular profession (ex: nurses) resulted in prompt payments and less vacancy rates?

Thanks,

JK

It's hard to say any type of work that makes someone more reliable.

However, I can tell you that those who claim to be 'religious leaders' of one sort or another have caused nothing but loss of money and a loss of faith!

The more 'religious' they were, the larger the loss.  Just my personal experience.  Bless you!
