Advice on getting a tenant ASAP

My husband and I recently bought our first duplex. We were able to rent out one side very easily but we are really struggling to rent out the second side. When we first posted to craigslist and Zillow the listing generated a lot of interest but now fewer and fewer people are reaching out to us. This likely goes without saying but we really need income coming from both units as soon as possible.

What do you all use to get tenants into units quickly? We would love to hear your thoughts!

@Anna Gogos don't compromise your process 'no tenant' is way better than a 'bad tenant'!
