You can't just share deals because people will accuse you of spamming.

The owners probably have plans and find your calls to be phone spam. 

It's no different if someone came onto BP and started checking out everyone's profiles and building a spam list that way.

I'm not trying to solicit and send spam to peoples inbox because I don't to be known as "THAT" person.  

So you may have been emailing on listings that sold long ago. 2) It is entirely possible you emails were ending up in their spam folders.  

Taking this approach puts a little more burden on the investor asking the question, but it ensure I can't be accused of spamming or anything like that.

But only show properties to investors that match the criteria they are looking for, don't spam them with every single property you come across.Also, you'll want to make sure you present your property in a way that easily communicates the value to the investor.

For right now I'd say best return for your money would be craigslist/direct mail and any SEO you can do for your website to eventually rank on the first page of google and get good organic leads.Craigslist is easy... not getting ghosted is another story :) just don't spam your posts too much and you'll be fine.

But this is a testament to the power of BP. that these international folks would target people here.I personally get no less than 3 to 5 spams a day from these " private lenders "  I just erase them@Joanne Schmidt  what is CI  thank you in advance for answering.
