Hello Everyone!

I learned about Wholesaling 2 weeks ago and It seems as though I should build a buyers list first since stumbling upon this awesome website and knowledgeable members.  I was wondering if the forums were a good spot to find buyers.  I'm not trying to solicit and send spam to peoples inbox because I don't to be known as "THAT" person.  How do i find buyers?  Im ready to jump out there but i dont want to do so without investors that are interested in deals I may get.
