Brian,I decide to become a dentist rather than a physician while I was in college. 

If it is a companion dog (totally different from a service dog) and the prospective tenant can provide documents from a physician then again fair housing laws must be followed.

I wanted to see if any of you have any experience using what is known as a   "physician/doctor loan". this type of loan is available for medical professionals (dentists, podiatrists, surgeons, etc) that usually lets them borrow about certain LTV limits and not have to pay PMI. the down payment requirements are usually a lot less (sometimes as low as 3-5%). 

My husband is a physician so is a relatively high earner  . . . this meant that any income I brought in as a lawyer would be taxed at the highest tax bracket!!
