That being said, I have no idea how the MLS you are looking at (remember, there are MANY MLS systems out there with overlapping coverage --- NJ has 12...) is reporting the info. 

You can try, but you'll have to clearly explain where the overlap is.

I was simply agreeing with the notion that there are cash flow and appreciation markets and they tend not to overlap.

For example, NJ has 12 semi-overlapping MLS'. 

I usually have some overlap in appt times....you can try to switch maybe #3 with #2, so #2 you just leave the same time.You could spend more time at #1 going over the big 5 components of a house....education time.Could stop for a coffee and go over all your disclosure documents or sample contract.Swing thru downtown.

I'm a photographer, for this there is a lot of overlap surprisingly. 

Wholesaling and Flipping are two different approaches with some overlap.

Both times the toilet supply line snapped (don’t use the overlapping metal type that look like knight’s armor or snake skin) both claims were over $30k.

We've had a lot of success targeting markets that have several overlapping industries like a large military presence, medical, university, fortune 500 companies, dowtown attractions and international airports.

On the marriage counseling side of things, I think it's cool you have your roles split - it might make it easier to each be somewhat independent and specialize in what you do, with enough overlap not to be doing double work in some areas.
