Are STRs Played Out?

Would love to get into STRs, particularly in warm climate, waterfront locations that can operate year-round. Anyone know of markets that have some value to offer? Seems like the "usual suspects" are in bubble mode. Thanks!

Waterfront beach is always tough. Usually 2-3x higher price than the same house one or two or three rows back. In my markets on the sand will generally not cash flow. But a couple blocks back can be a crusher.
