What do you do if let's say your buyer client dislikes the house and you decide to not waste any more time but the second showing is not until later or until the next hour?

happens all the time.  I call and ask to start early and if they say no I use the time to take them for a coffee or show them an area they may not be familiar with.  I also take some time to make sure I understand why they weren't interested so I don't make the same mistake again.  Sometimes people change their mind, and I let them know I expect that when i'm working with a buyer - I do the same thing when I look at houses.
