I play volleyball 3-4x a week competitively indoor and outdoor and I'm always looking for a new game if you know one in Pittsburgh. 

I actually put pictures up on the walls, hangers in the closets, outdoor grill, everything I could think of. 

Hard to find any comps nearby because this place is a little unique to the neighborhood:Main House: ~2100 sq. ft. 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath SFH w/ in-ground pool & hot tub, built in late '60sSomewhat dated but easily updated cosmetically & with new appliancesNice covered patio w/ built in outdoor kitchenAdditional ~ 400 sq. ft. 

After hearing this weeks webinar on multi family by Brandon Turner, I have decided that it is time to take action and move forward in this journey to financial freedomI am 27 years young and like to be outdoors and travel.  

Up until that time you should check on the property daily to make sure everything is ok.Leave the temperature at a normal setting around 68 degrees.

You think appreciation is based off of wheather and temperature?

.- Offer higher level of functionality like timers and sleep functions to allow you to customize your desired temperature settings.- The loudest parts of the unit are located outside making mini splits quieter and .- More secure than window air conditioners not only regarding intruders but also dust and pests.- Many units are designed to both heat and cool allowing for year-round comfort.I hope help you my comment, or to anyone.

Our restaurant scene has really been blossoming, we have anything you could ever be interested in when it comes to outdoors stuff, great wine community, theater, arts, etc.  

I also enjoy the outdoors.
