If you have ever managed air bnb short term rentals, what are some things you would suggest a newbie look out for? Any ideas for saving on furniture/supplies?

Buy your furniture and appliances at estate auctions.  It helps if you have a flatbed trailer and an appliance dolly.  22 STRs with 82 beds is what I have.  Around here, a washer dryer fridge or stove go between $75-$125.  Sofas and recliners, $50 or less.  Bed mattresses and frames, $50-$100.  Change your agitator dogs in a used washer, 5 minutes and 5 bucks.
