We have 4 children so we are trying to find an good source of income to provide a bright future for them and have fun doing it.

Due to the hearing and pressure from the public led by REIA members, councilman Ludeman included up to 4 units and children daycares.

It's a nice neighborhood on upper Western Ave. in the Buckingham/Crestwood area and it was a requirement that the neighborhood be safe enough for my theoretical children to live there.

He served as trustee, and his three children, Guy Waggoner, Electra Waggoner Wharton, and E.

In 2013, The Seattle Times showed that Seattleites have more dogs than children (roughly 75% have pets.)

The elderly are being left to fend for themselves and when they pass away the properties go abandoned since many of their children who moved back to the mainland do not plan to ever move back.  

Thanks all - the main reason they want to withhold rent is that there are two young children upstairs that they say are running around and ROLLERBLADING and making too much noise to "all hours of the night".  

Big drivers are the hospital/healthcare presence between Sentara, Eastern Va Medical School, and the children's hospital, also easy commuting to downtown Norfolk for banking and legal, AND you're a stones throw away from the largest college in the area, Old Dominion University.

My heart is toward the elderly and children, how're like you I have to support my own first.

Currently learning, but I look at REI to give me the freedom to do the below things...1) Be Financially free2) Be the best husband and father I can be to my future children by spending as much time with them as I can!
