Hello All,

My name is Earl Pridgen and I'm live in Garner, NC right outside of Raleigh. 

I'm currently an IT Business Analyst working for the state of NC. My passion to invest in real estate has intensified over the past few months after my wife and I fully renovated a family home, which we now live in. 

I'm new to REI and find it very fascinating. Currently learning, but I look at REI to give me the freedom to do the below things...

1) Be Financially free

2) Be the best husband and father I can be to my future children by spending as much time with them as I can!

3) Travel the world

4) Help others

I'm particularly interested in building wealth through the Buy and Hold investing strategy.
