There is a process of verifying your return address that can take a couple of days, but once enrolled, you can view your mail pieces from a portal, tablet phone, whatever.

The biggest sticking point for me is that their online application portal isn’t the most user friendly and with various investments I have to enter in about 20 accounts into it with it glitching and going back to start and not saving things.

They have an online portal, so you could have paid the bill there. 

Hi Ben,I just did my first one and used Transunion Smart Move - the applicant pays the fee and you can approve or deny the applicant directly through the portal.

The built-in self hosting portal is functional if Spartan, and I do get bookings out of it!  

Tenant/Owner portals?

I proceeded with SoFi, they did the hard credit pull and I uploaded my W2, paystubs, ID into their portal through my phone. 

My purpose of this post is to find a strong, reliable Real Estate Agent in my area looking to grow their own business, and who'd be willing to help partner with me on future deals and provide access into their MLS portal so that I can focus on acquisitions (finding off/on-market properties) to then shop to the end buyers/investors on my list.
