We also have a 6000 sq ft pole barn with 4 horse stables, a good sized riding arena (we know nothing about horses), and a very small apartment.

They way you survive them is by not getting off when they go up or down, but just riding the ride all the way through.

Also, Walmart is building a mega corporate location there as well as it being noted as one of the best outdoor bike riding locations in the country.

I make sure I have at least 9-12 mos of cash reserves so that we can ride out a downturn in the market.

Wind, Hail, Fire are all covered under a Basic or Special form policy, but one of those has to occur in order for roof damage to be covered by the insurance policy.The only way to cover this cost is to get the seller to compensate you for it.
