New to BP and Real Estate Investing: Here To Learn

Hey there,

My name is Conner Hitchcock.  I currently work full time as a business owner in the music field in the Northern Virginia area but have had an interest in real estate for a bit now!  My fiancé is currently getting her real estate license and i've been scouring the inter-web to learn about it myself.  I've just finished How To Invest In Real Estate by J Dorkin & B Turner and am looking to ride off the progress I'm making with research.  

I currently don't exactly know what I am looking to pursue  with regard to a niche but hopefully by browsing through the forums, talking with family who currently works in real estate, and meeting some of you, I can take the right steps forward!
