Some young girl getting in a fuss and kicked out of her mother’s house and moving in with her dad it’s not a sign that she is a trouble child.

I house hacked at 24 while getting my Masters Degree, had some options to sell at a great high point, didn't because of all of the memories that I had there for celebrations with my late mother, ect. and ended up having to hold onto the property for much longer during the downtimes ect.

I was thinking about targeting traveling workers like nurses and construction with a couple of the units.

These are much tougher to snag where I am than a SF with a mother-in-law suite.
