Austin/ San Antonio areas of opportunity
I'm looking to buy in the SA/ Austin area for appreciation/rent growth, as I see great long-term potential in this area.
I am currently looking at the I-35 corridor, including NE San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos and Kyle, but also interested in other areas that may have potential away from this corridor.
What do you recommend for good growth cities/ neighborhoods in these two cities?

I was born and raised in San Antonio and over time, the city has expanded. You can buy giant homes for dirt cheap if that’s what you’re into but for the most part you’re really in it for the northerns public school areas and the homes out in the “country”. Good luck I think this would be a great area to invest in and I would do it too if I lived back home.
