Low Down Conventional Mortgage Lenders?
Howdy y'all,
My wife and I are new to the area and we have a goal to buy our first investment property (multi-family) within the next few months. We are starting to look for lenders, and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations? I'm particularly interested in finding a lender that can do a low down (around 3%) conventional loan. I know I could do an FHA loan, but I'd like to do conventional if I can find the low down payment option. And yes, I do plan on house hacking and living in the property.
Do any of you have experience finding and using these types of loans?

Hello, there is a first time home buyer loan that I used, 3% down conventional but for single family only. Have you considered doing single family with a mother in law suite or accessory dwelling unit? Some ideas to look into. Good luck finding your property!
