Has anyone used VAs (virtual assistants) for help with managing properties and tenants?

VAs will definitely add significant value to your operations.

Ultimately what separates a strategy involving JVs from VAs?

I would network with contractors out in your area, or you can find people online (VAs).

I have some mid range and excellent VAs I am happy to recommend as well if anyone is in the market.

Instead, as Allen mentioned, I would hire a VA to handle tasks.You’ll need to define your process for setting rent, communicating with tenants, etc. to train that VA but my VA(s) ran my cohosting business of 30+ properties.

I decided to jump into the deep end with taking action and hired some VAs that's generating me a ton of leads.
