Design and Drawing Help Needed for Front Exterior Remodeling Project in St Petersburg

My wife and I are remodeling a 1940s bungalow-style home in St Petersburg, and after several months of interior work, we need design help and drawings of the front exterior for our contractor to gain permits from the city and move forward with the project.

The original front entrance of the home was covered with an addition built by previous owners, and we'd like to boost curb appeal and value by adding a driveway, front steps, a new door with sidelights, and an overhang jutting out from the gable with columns. 

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
