These lists will contain property details and the owners name(s), but will not include their contact info(cell phone, home phone, email).

Don't cheap out on this, and don't try to take photos with your cell phone. 

We're letting them come at us from all angles (phone, text, email, portal) but... it is 2025 and we do push the portal pretty hard.

Can you spend money on a CRM, automations, VA calling service, a VOIP phone system, etc?

From what I can tell with all the research I’ve done I need to set up the app on my phone (to see the video) while in close proximity to the camera to connect.
