Does any one know of a Co-Host service that offer a flat rate ?

Does anyone know of a service where an STR co-host fields any call from the guest 24/7 and charges a flat monthly fee instead of 15% to 20% of my rent? I have all the other aspects of hosting covered which I don't mind doing for now.

    It sounds like you don't need a co-host, you need a Virtual Assistant, as @Alex F. says.
