Maybe something from outside the real estate genre on money management if you haven't already.

I have never paid for a mentorship program, a guru seminar and haven't even read too many REI books (I prefer biographies and other genres), so most of my knowledge came from BP, talking with investors in person and learning through experience.

We have the same genre of rentals.  

Just moved from sunny Florida where I was the #1 radio personality across all Genres in North Florida and South Georgia.

I'm talking magazines on top of magazines from all genres dating back to the 60's.

Its not as if NNN cap rates have gone down but not Storage Genre.   

Most likely it's of the horror genre! 

You might even meet some good contacts and learn some key lessons.That genre or work along with the reading up on REI and podcast listening would seem ideal preparation if a more formal internship does not arise.

So this current development is a good genre problem in my view--how exactly to wind up the tenancy--with tenants willing to move;  a bad problem being having to evict 10 people)......I would thank my lucky stars they want to leave and do a mutual termination of the lease (deposit return contingent on the cleanliness and condition at move out).In fact, even if this amicable separation does not work out, I would not be renewing based on these facts.

I suspect that some of the loudest in that genre are not really that hardcore IRL
