As a child, I loved the game too and I think it also planted a seed that developed in adulthood as a love of real estate.  

I've read alot of Robert Kiyosaki and I read alot on Reddit, also listening to alot of podcast on Real Estate investing trying to soak up as much info as possible.

This ensures the relationship could be done after each deal and allows you to build some seed capital to start buying longer term buy and holds.

I look forward to learning and soaking up information from fellow and more experienced BP members.

Use your initial seed money to buy a rental property that needs work using hard money.

I also have plenty of time to think, and listen to the BiggerPockets Podcast while soaking up as much knowledge as possible so it's time I do what needs to be done to change my circumstances. 

Now I am looking at purchasing a small multifamily home in the Metro area, and I'm soaking up all the information I can.
